Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley Names New Partner
(Oakland, CA) - Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley LLP (FAB), Northern California's longest-standing multi-practice law firm, today announced Fatima Brunson Evans has been elevated to Partner. The change took effect on January 1, 2008.
A member of the firm's Estates and Trusts Practice Group, Evans represents a wide range of clients in matters involving special needs trusts, conservatorships, probate, and trust and estate planning matters. She regularly advises fiduciaries regarding their duties with respect to those matters.
