It’s Not Just Lip Service…

We created a diversity policy and are following through on our commitment. We have been successful at attracting, retaining, and promoting a diverse team of attorneys and staff. We place a high value on achieving diversity in our workplace as it is fundamental to our continued success and our personal fulfillment. By incorporating diversity into our long-term business philosophy, we add value to the service we provide our clients, we enrich our colleagues, and we advance the values that are most important to us.

In 2009, firm Partners unanimously voted to adopt the Bar Association of San Francisco's "2010 Goals and Timetables for Minority Hiring and Advancement," joining a select list of law firms committed to increasing and maintaining ethnic and racial diversity within their workforce.

Our adopting of the Bar Association of San Francisco's diversity goals represents a formal and significant step in the firm's commitment to employ marketing and recruiting strategies in a way that will promote and maintain a diverse workforce.

Also in 2009, the firm signed the Bar Association of San Francisco's Breaking the Glass Ceiling Committment promoting the advancement of women in law firm management.
