Transactional Real Estate Attorney - Partner-Level Lateral

Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley LLP ("FAB") is seeking an experienced transactional real estate attorney to actively participate in the further growth of this practice group at the firm.  The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of transactional real estate practice experience, preferably including substantial work related to purchases and sales of developed and undeveloped commercial, industrial and/or agricultural property, development, leasing and financing;
  • A portable book of business of at least $500,000;
  • The motivation to engage in substantial business development efforts; and
  • The capability to be a collaborative leader in the growth of the practice group.

FAB provides the opportunity for an individual who seeks to join a well-established, high quality, mid-size, collegial, multi-practice firm consisting of business transactions, land use, environmental, litigation, taxation, estate & trust, intellectual property, and labor & employment law practices.  The firm is conveniently located at City Center in downtown Oakland.
