Environmental Law Lateral Partner-Level Attorney
Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley LLP ("FAB") seeks a partner-level lateral attorney experienced in environmental law, with a specific focus on contaminated property matters, to join its Land Use, Environment & Natural Resources practice group.
The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of litigation experience involving environmental contamination issues, as well as substantial experience in regulatory agency enforcement and site closure matters. Experience in brownfields redevelopment, in drafting environmental risk allocation provisions of real estate and business transactional documents, and in advising clients in environmental due diligence and site investigation matters is also strongly desired.
A moderate book of portable business ($400,000+), compatible with FAB's mid-market position, is required. The candidate will also assist the firm's business, real estate and individual clients on environmental law matters.
