Business Litigation Attorney - Partner-Level Lateral
Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley LLP ("FAB") is seeking an experienced business litigation attorney to join the litigation practice group at the firm. The ideal candidate will be at the mid-partner level with first chair jury trial experience in the areas of real estate litigation, business torts, and/or trademark and copyright infringement matters. Experience in supervising and mentoring associates and paralegals is also desired. The candidate should have a modest book of portable business, the motivation to engage in substantial business development efforts, and a commitment to quality work and professional excellence.
FAB provides the opportunity for an individual who seeks to join a well-established, high quality, mid-size, collegial, multi-practice firm consisting of business transactions, land use, environmental, litigation, taxation, estate & trust, and employment law practice groups. The firm is conveniently located at City Center in downtown Oakland.
