Scott B. Jackson

  • Experience

    Mr. Jackson is a partner and member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm after spending almost 13 years in the Alameda County District Attorney's Office where he gained extensive courtroom experience with an emphasis on negotiations, complex trial and appellate practice.

    Mr. Jackson has served as lead counsel in numerous legal proceedings. He has successfully obtained verdicts in both jury and bench trials, and has been extremely successful in handling complex motions, writs, and appeals.

    His practice for the firm focuses on all aspects of civil and employment litigation, with an emphasis on trial and appellate practice.
