Robert K. Liu is an associate and a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Transactions Practice Group. Mr. Liu concentrates his practice on assisting private companies with a range of corporate transactions, including entity formation, corporate governance, confidentiality and non-disclosure concerns, asset and stock purchases, and general corporate matters. In addition, Mr. Liu has significant experience with the review, interpretation and preparation of distribution and licensing agreements, real estate leases, intellectual property agreements, due diligence disclosures, and stock option and securities related agreements.
Mr. Liu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in German. Prior to joining Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley, Mr. Liu worked as a transactional associate at O’Melveny & Meyers LLP.
