Ms. Marshall is of counsel to the firm and a member of its Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. She handles a variety of commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving various types of fiduciary relationships, contracts, business torts, product and premises liability, and trade secret claims, among others. Though a seasoned trial lawyer, she is also experienced in many forms of alternative dispute resolution, and strives to bring clients' disputes to the swiftest, most cost effective resolution possible.
Ms. Marshall's labor and employment expertise includes defending employers against claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment or retaliation, arbitrating union grievances, as well as responding to administrative charges. Further, Ms. Marshall has extensive experience providing pre-litigation counseling to corporate employers, including advice in possible personnel actions, policy creation and application guidance, as well as general employment law matters.
