Mr. Kripalani is Of Counsel to the firm and a member of its Business and Transactions Practice Group. Before joining the firm, he was General Manager of MemoryTen, a Santa Clara, California-based memory chip distributor and manufacturer. He has held positions of CFO for venture backed enterprise software companies and large manufacturing organizations. His business experience includes in-depth implementation of "lean" and "cellular" processes in manufacturing organizations. Mr. Kripalani has also had significant experience in corporate financial valuations, business consulting and merger and acquisition transactions.
He has extensive experience with start-ups in technology firms and particular experience in helping real estate investors structure corporate, partnership and limited liability company entities. He helps companies protect their assets from plaintiffs and creditors by focusing on properly structuring asset ownership, business entities, and employing risk mitigation strategies.
Mr. Kripalani also focuses on legal audits and assisting entrepreneurs and start-ups with all aspects of their legal needs including financing transactions with angel and venture capital investors.
Mr. Kripalani acts as part-time General Counsel for mid-sized companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors. His goals include developing a legal strategy for the company and utilizing his legal and business background to build business value.
