Lawrence R. Shepp

Experience

Mr. Shepp is a partner and a member of the firm's Estates & Trusts Group. He specializes in the administration of complex estates and trusts and also has extensive experience in sophisticated estate planning, including charitable estate planning. Mr. Shepp advises executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries. He also has substantial experience in complex estate and trust litigation.

In his real estate practice, Mr. Shepp represents property owners, landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing and general management of commercial and industrial buildings. He assists clients with preparation of leases, management agreements, brokerage agreements, purchase agreements and easements. Mr. Shepp also has substantial experience in real estate litigation.
