J. Brittain Habegger

Mr. Habegger is a partner and a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and Estates and Trusts Practice Group. He focuses his practice exclusively on litigation and specializes in complex litigation involving multiple legal issues and parties and in litigation involving estates, trusts and issues of fiduciary duty. Mr. Habegger has represented clients ranging from individuals to partnerships and corporations, including nonprofit entities, in a broad range of matters in the fields of environmental law, insurance coverage, real property use and boundary disputes, trust and estate disputes, and partnership and corporate disputes. Mr. Habegger has participated as lead counsel in more than forty trials and arbitrations and more than thirty mediations, the majority of which have resulted in settlement.
