Ms. Scott is an associate and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, particularly complex business and technology litigation and trial practice, with emphasis on intellectual property law, real property and environmental law, business torts, trade secrets, and contract disputes.
Ms. Scott has particular expertise in prosecuting and defending intellectual property complaints involving trade secrets, copyrights, and patent infringement, including representation before the International Trade Commission.
She also has extensive experience in defending manufacturers, public utilities, and other clients in complex environmental litigation, including personal injury and property damage claims.
Ms. Scott has litigated federal and state court cases in California, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, and represents clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
