Mr. Lee is a partner to the firm and a member of its Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on intellectual property matters including trademark infringement and domain name disputes, as well as a variety of other business litigation services relating to contractual rights, corporate management, and real estate. He also has extensive experience in inverse condemnation matters. His clients consist of high-technology companies, business owners, public entities, and individuals.
Mr. Lee represents companies at all stages of growth, from early stage entrepreneurs to mature Fortune 500 companies. He frequently provides start-up clients and young businesses with risk management counsel.
Mr. Lee has served as lead counsel in numerous legal proceedings. He has successfully obtained verdicts in both jury and bench trials, and has prevailed in arbitration matters as well. Mr. Lee also possesses a strong record representing clients in appellate court proceedings, and has successfully obtained early dismissals of class action lawsuits and causes of action.
