When working on a case, we keep clients advised regarding its progress and always strive to satisfy the client's schedule and timeline.

What are your fees?
Most legal services are charged on an hourly rate basis against a retainer fee which secures the payment. Our attorneys' hourly rates vary based in large part on their experience; some FAB attorneys have practiced for more than 40 years. While every client matter is respected as a unique circumstance, our prior experience with comparable legal situations sometimes allows us to make a reasonable estimation of your likely costs. However, the best way to determine the cost of representation is to discuss your specific legal matter with one of our attorneys. He or she will then be able to assess the matter and give you an idea of what may be involved in resolving your case.

Do you charge a fee for a consultation?
Yes. However, each attorney has the authority to waive charges in appropriate circumstances. We are happy to speak with you to determine if FAB handles your type of matter. If we don't, we may be able to refer you to another office that can help you.
